SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping within India
- We provide FREE standard shipping for all products within India.
- For express shipping, a nominal fee of ₹350 is applied per product sold. Please note that express shipping is only available in metro cities. Please note that express delivery is available exclusively on working days (Monday to Saturday) during factory hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Shipping outside India
For all international orders from outside India, we charge the actual cost of shipping and delivery charged to us by our logistics and delivery partners. Depending on your country or region, you may be charged customs and/or import duties in addition to our shipping charges by your local customs office once the package reaches your country.
To place an international order please get in touch with us over email and we will get back to you with the exact cost of shipping depending on your delivery address/location.
- Custom and Import Duties for International Orders
- Additional charges for custom and import clearance must be borne by you. Sandalwali has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from Sandalwali, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.
How long will my order be dispatched in?
- Standard Delivery in India: Dispatched within 3-5 working days
- Express Delivery in India: Dispatched within 2 working days (Available only in metro cities)
- International Delivery: Dispatched within 15 working days.
My order has been dispatched; how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our delivery partner you will be provided a tracking number and link via SMS or email.
- You will additionally receive a notification via SMS or email once the product is in transit, followed by another notification on the delivery of the product.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
- We will try our best to dispatch your products within the estimated dispatch times. If your package has not dispatched within the aforementioned estimated times, please write to us at info@sandalwali.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
