What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping within India

We offer FREE shipping within India for all our products.

Shipping outside India

For all international orders from outside India, we charge the actual cost of shipping and delivery charged to us by our logistics and delivery partners. Depending on your country or region, you may be charged customs and/or import duties in addition to our shipping charges by your local customs office once the package reaches your country.

To place an international order please get in touch with us over email and we will get back to you with the exact cost of shipping depending on your delivery address/location.

  • Custom and Import Duties for International Orders
  • Additional charges for custom and import clearance must be borne by you. Sandalwali has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from Sandalwali, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

  • Non-customised Products:
  • Under normal circumstances we will dispatch your order for our non-customised or ready-made products within 5 business days from the date of receipt of your payment.
  • Ordinarily our products get delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Though we strive to ensure on time delivery of your orders by using the best logistics partners in India, orders may get delayed due to festivals, national holidays, lockdowns, pandemics, force majeure events and other exigent circumstances. Sandalwali makes no guarantee for on time delivery on any of our orders.

  • Customised Products:
  • The dispatch time for customised orders will vary according to the degree of customisation required. An approximate dispatch time would be communicated at the time of order finalisation and receipt of payment, but a minimum of 8business days should be expected.
  • Ordinarily our products get delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

My order has been dispatched; how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by our delivery partner you will be provided a tracking number and linkvia SMS or email.
  • You will additionally receive a notification via SMS or email once the product is in transit, followed by another notification onthe delivery of the product.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

  • We will try our best to dispatch your products within the estimated dispatch times. If your package has not dispatched within the aforementioned estimated times, please write to us at info@sandalwali.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

What is our Returnsand Exchanges Policy?

  • We use standard US and EUR sizes and provide a size chart to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you have changed your mind and want to exchange your sandal for another size, then please notify us via email at info@sandalwali.comwithin 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
  • You must then return the product to us at C-48, SECTOR 4, NOIDA, GUATAMBUDH NANAGR – 201301 U.P. within 7 days ofyou notifying us via e-mail. All costs relating to shipping and delivery must be borne by you.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, and in its original packaging are eligible forexchange.In case of sandals and other footwear, please ensure that the pair is tried on a carpeted flooring or on a clean floor,so that the soles remain unmarked. Sandalwali retains the sole discretion to accept or reject any exchange requests after inspecting returned products.
  • All returned products, including those purchased using gift cards, are eligible for exchange only. We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests.
  • Note: Customised products, Items on Sale, and International Orders (i.e. orders to be delivered outside India)are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or cancellation.

What is our Policy on Cancellations and Refunds?

  • We currently do not accept any cancellation or refund requests. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchanges Policy, in case you want to exchange your product

I have received a damaged, defective or wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

  • Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
  • However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or the wrong product has been delivered, you can initiate a request forexchange/replacement in accordance with our Returns and ExchangesPolicy mentioned above.
  • info@sandalwali.com within 24 hours of its delivery. The photographs must clearly showthe damaged areas of the product. If our team upon inspection of the photographs finds that the damage to the product is substantial or non-repairable, we will initiate a full refund for your order. In case we find that the damage is minor or easily repairable, we may reject your request for a refund or in the alternative provide you with discount coupons or gift cards as compensation.  In case you have been delivered the wrong product, please send us a photograph of the incorrect product at info@sandalwali.com. We will initiate a refund for your order after confirming the error.  Sandalwali reserves the sole right to accept or reject any request for refund.

Can I return a part of my order?

  • Yes, if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a request for exchange for any individual item in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy. However, any individualitem being returned needs to be returned in full with all its components including any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

What is our Policy on Change of Delivery Address?

  • You can change the delivery address by notifying us via email at info@sandalwali.com, within 48 hours of placing your order or before your order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • If Sandalwali is not notified about the changed delivery address within the above specified time period, the order shall be considered fulfilled. Sandalwali takes no responsibility for the product being misplaced, stolen or damaged in such cases.
  • In case, the product is returned to us in its original condition by our courier partners, it will be treated as a returned shipment. We will notify you of such return, and provide you the option of either re-delivery or exchange, which must be confirmed by you within 48 hours of our communication. If nosuch confirmation is received from you within 48 hours, the order shall be considered fulfilled. No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained on such products.
